We only Ship out orders Monday- thursday,with the exception of reborn or custom made dolls, which will be shipped out Monday-Saturday.
We are closed Friday through Sunday and on all major holidays. Orders placed via phone, or email after 2:30 pm PST on Thursdays are usually processed the following Monday. Placing your order online is the fastest way to receive your product.

When will I get my package? top
REBORNS~ Your baby will be shipped vis USPS priority 1-3 day mail with a signature confirmation number, insurance is requried this is an extra charge to you.
PRODUCT~Your order will normally ship from the factory within 3 business days and arrive within 5 business days. All U.S. orders are mailed via UPS or USPS from Midland, Michigan directly from the manufactrures with the exception of reborn dolls, custom dolls and any items from the miscellaneous section. Orders that are placed online via paypal are processed faster than orders placed via phone, or email.
International Shipping for dolls only top

When placing your order on our website, shipping costs are not added at that time if you selected "shipping outside the US" during checkout. You will be charged only for the sub-total of your order. Your order will be packed and weighed and then the shipping cost will be calculated by weight and destination. Doll So Beautiful charges for the cost of shipping the package to you according to UPS or the USPS.
International Order Processing Steps:
- Shipping calculater on this site is set up for U.S only, orders can be sent USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS/ PRIORITY
- You place your order online and email us with the and postal code,country,the items you want shipped.
- Your order will be weighed and shipping is calculated, an email confirming the the total will be sent.
- Once the total & shipping costs are paid, your order will be sent as soon as possible.
Additional International Shipping Options
International customers may request a preferred method of shipping in the comments section during checkout between USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS/ PRIORITY . With requests made for USPS International Priority, the customer will be e-mailed a tracking number when the package is shipped. In the absence of a specified shipping preference, the default shipping method is the least expensive.
International orders usually arrive within 10 to 14 business days from shipment via USPS International Priority. Orders under four pounds may be shipped USPS International First Class which may take up to 6 weeks to arrive and cannot be tracked.
International Shipping Charge
International orders will not ship until 100% of the order is paid for, including sub total and total shipping cost. Placing an order with Doll So Beautiful means the customer has given permission for Dolls So Beautiful to charge the shipping and handling fees when the order is ready to ship. Customers who prefer otherwise may request their preference in the "Comments and Special Instructions" area during checkout.
For International buyers~ All taxes and duty must be paid by you the customer.Doll So Beautiful & Cindys Reborn Nursery is not responsible for any lost or damaged items durning shipping. We are not responsible for items held up at custom.
International orders cannot be sent at "zero value" or an amount that is less than the actual order total. Sending international shipments that are marked at a lower value than what is on the order invoice is illegal. All taxes and duty must be paid by the customer upon arrival of your products. We recommend you find out the cost of import fees charged by your own country's government before you place your order to avoid any surprised. For example, in the UK the VAT is about 20% of the order total. However, in New Zealand, any order less than $200.00 does not get charged import fees.
Note: Refused International Orders...Orders that are refused when they arrive to their destination due to the import fee being higher then expected are not eligible for a full refund. There is a 35% re-stocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the package, will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Reborn dolls & Custom order dolls? top
If you are buying an already made reborn doll, it will come with the outfit you see in the pics,except the props, a pacifier only if stated that the doll has one, birth certificate and care instruction. For a custom made doll, you will get all the above, extra clothing, accessories and any extras that you request when ordering your baby. All reborn and custom made dolls will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking # insurance is requried
Can I place my doll on layaway or a payment plan? top
~Yes you can place a reborn or custom doll on hold, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for already made dolls, your deposit will vary on custom orders.
Once I have your deposit your doll will be packed away and held for 60 days. You can arrange to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. All payments is due upond arranged date with a 3 day grace period, if payment is not made then you forfeit your deposit and doll.
No exchanges,or transfers will be granted.If you cancel your layaway/payment plan, you forfeit any payments.
Canceled Orders top
with your order number within Two business day of placing the order. You will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the order sub total.
Returns & Refunds top
within 2 days of receiving your order for an exchange of store credit.
This does not apply to Reborns dolls, only for store supplies.
Only returns of approved items are eligible for store credit or exchange. Exchanges for items other than what was ordered originally must be done within 2 days of receipt of the order. After the 2-day period eligible exchanges are only available for identical items. Refunds can only be made for items that are in the original unopened package. Items that have been used, or are soiled cannot be returned.If an error was made on my behalf, we will take full responsiblity for return shipping and correct any problem that was made.Due to copyright protections all printed and video educational products such as DVDs, STTs and PTGs are not returnable.No custom made, reborn,pre-painted dolls,Mo-hair, all paints,clearance and miscellaneous items is returnable or refundable.

SUPPLIES~Your order is automatically invoiced when you submit it online and an email invoice will be sent to the email address listed on the invoice. We apologize, but no changes can be made once the order has been submitted. However, if you place a second order the same day it can be shipped with the previous order. All additions will be placed as a new order and shipping/handling fees will apply. Orders can be submitted via phone,or email. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from the day the order is placed online for supplies only. We do our very best to process, package, and ship your order as soon as possible and frequently we can mail orders out the next day. International orders take longer to prepare, so please allow additional time if your order is being sent outside the United States.
